Tonya L. Allen, ALA has been with CaraVita Village for 6 years. She currently serves as our Executive Director. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of community operations with a focus on residents satisfaction, team member recruitment and the fulfillment of CaraVita Village’s mission, “To provide, maintain and always enhance the quality of life, leisure and well-being of seniors, their loved ones and others.”
Elizabeth has been with the CaraVita Village team for over 2 years now. She was recently promoted to our Marketing Director. She is the proud fifth child of 5, aunt to 8, and great-aunt to 23 children! Elizabeth lives by her philosophy of faith, love, family, integrity, and compassion. She takes her life experiences and brings it to work every day. She wants to credit her parents for her loving spirit and caring work ethic.
Ann Jackson has been with CaraVita Village for over 16 years! Ann is our Housekeeper Supervisor, she is hardworking, dedicated, and loves what she does. In her spare time, Ann travels to band events as a chaperone with her daughters and their school. Ann has a caring heart and believes that family comes first, just like our CaraVita Village family.
Ryan Howard is our Dining Services Director. Residing from the vibrant Tuskegee, Alabama, he graduated from The Culinary Institute of New Orleans. He trained beside Celebrity Chefs, restaurateur and television personality, Emeril Lagasse and Paul Prudhomme. In his spare time, he loves traveling, especially going back to New Orleans to pay homage to the city that advanced his career. We are so proud to have such a talented chef in our community!
Jamie Cromblin is our Business Office Manager at CaraVita Village. Originally from Prattville, Alabama, Jamie proudly served 4 years in the United States Air Force. He also is the founder of Beyond Sports, a non-profit organization for underrepresented populations on college campuses. As a true believer in Faith, Family, and Fatherhood most of Jamie’s time is spent doing extraordinary things within the community.
Meet Tova Treadwell the Life Enrichment Director at CaraVita Village. She has been working with us for a year and a half now. Tova is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She has worked for many years as a Rehabilitation Technician in North Georgia. In her spare time, Tova likes to spend time with her six grandchildren and go to the Atlanta Falcons Games. Tova believes that no senior should be left behind and actively tries to enrich the lives of all our residents.
Meet Joe Ziegler The Maintenance Director at CaraVita Village. Joe has been in maintenance for many years but has been with us for a little over four months. Joe started out at a very young age assisting his father, a Building Engineer for the state of Alabama. In Joe’s free time he enjoys spending time with his four kids and raising hogs on his farm. Joe is very skilled, and we are glad to have him on our team.
